4.3 "The implementation of the innovative production technology of heated glass by HTG from Bydgoszcz”.
In August 2013 the Company received an UE grant from the 4.3 Programme (The Operational Programme of Innovative Economy) for the project "The implementation of the innovative production technology of heated glass by HTG from Bydgoszcz”. The total value of the project is PLN 7,565,000.00 with the participation of EU funds in the amount of PLN 4,000,000.00. It is the largest project of the Company if we take into account its size, financial resources, personnel and logistics.
The UE funds will let our Company to implement modern methods of heated glass manufacturing. The methods were developed in the years 2010 and 2011 by the HTG founders. We applied for two patents in this field.
The project will be a part of the production plant, which has been creating in Bydgoszcz. We are going to start glass manufacturing in April 2015.
Our company uses technologies which allow to produce heated glass with better performance characteristics and functionality for a lot of applications in architecture, construction and transport industries.
Our financing partner of the project is Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (The Bank of National Economy).
1.4 "The production technology of electrochromic film and lamination of film and glass ".
In April 2014 the Company received an UE grant from the 1.4 Programme (The support of dedicated projects) for the project "The production technology of electrochromic film and lamination of film and glass ." The total value of the project is PLN 4,669,536.49 with the participation of EU funds in the amount of PLN 2,165,337.05.
We invited to participate in the project world-class experts from Russia, Australia, Israel, Switzerland and Poland. Industrial research and development works are going to develop a new type of electrochromic glass. The new product could be a breakthrough invention not only for the Polish but also for the global architectural glass market.
Our glass will be the first product giving you possibilities to change glass transparency and colours with a continuous adjustment, to reduce scratches and will have a full integration with mobile devices and smart home systems. Our solution will be also available to other manufactures with our license to produce or commercialize.
Our financing partner of the project is Narodowe Centrum Badan i Rozwoju (The National Center for Research and Development).
Go-Global ”The commercialization of the technology of heated and laminated glass production by the vacuum method in the German market"
In September 2014 our Company received an EU grant from the GO_GLOBAL.PL Programme (The support of the Polish innovative companies commercializing results of scientific research and development in the global markets) for the project ”The Commercialization of the technology of heated and laminated glass production by the vacuum method in the German market". The total value of the project is PLN 240,800.00 with the participation of EU funds in the amount of PLN 199,800.00.
We have run the project in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute – the largest organization in Germany and probably in Europe specializing in research and implementation projects for various industries.
We will focus our marketing activities on three segments of the market: building contractors, architects and design offices.
Creating a network of business relationships will be a milestone to start some business in Germany, including building a production facility.

5.4 "The production technology of self-cleaning glass with the hydrophobic layer and the bonding layer to a surface of glass"
In December 2014 our Company received an UE grant from the 5.4 Programme (Strengthening regional capacity for research and development of technologies) for the project "The production technology of self-cleaning glass with the hydrophobic layer and the bonding layer to a surface of glass." The total value of the project is PLN 1,845,000.00 with the participation of EU funds in the amount of PLN 1,000,000.00.
The research works on a new product will be handle by an international team of experts. Laboratory tests will enable to optimize the production processes of self-cleaning glass with the highest standards.
The hydrophobic layer may be used not only to glass during production processes but also as to finished panels. The application of new technology can reduce a cost of materials and production comparing to existing solutions in the market.
