Regional Sales Manager

Place of work: Central Poland


Main responsibilities:

  •     Implementation of sales targets set in the served region,
  •     Conducting trade negotiations regarding the rights held,
  •     Supervision over the correct course of the sales process,
  •     Product consulting and company representation in the subordinate region,
  •     Development of new distribution channels: cooperation with the segment of construction and service companies, developers and design offices,
  •     Active building of a portfolio of new customers,
  •     Technical consulting, offers and sales,
  •     Market monitoring and competition activities,
  •     Preparation of reports and analyzes.

Requirements:

  •     A minimum of 5 years of sales experience on the construction materials market, welcome in the glass industry,
  •     Knowledge of issues related to glass,
  •     High communication and negotiation skills,
  •     Ability to establish and maintain business relationships,
  •     Commitment to work performed and focus on achieving the goals set,
  •     Independence in action and the ability to set priorities,
  •     availability,
  •     Driving license. B,
  •     Ability to work with a computer, knowledge of MS Office and the principles of CRM systems.
