Position: Administrative and financial employee

Examples of duties in this position:
- taking care of the proper circulation of cost documents in the company, placing them in the Odoo program, keeping a binder of cost documents and a binder of income invoices,
- ongoing completion of financial and HR data in statements in Excel
- keeping binders of incoming and outgoing correspondence, scanning documents,
- scanning and preparing HR documents for submission to the accounting office,
- keeping voluntary employee insurance summaries, reporting changes to insurance companies, reporting damages,
- applying for a certificate of non-arrears - ZUS and the tax office,
- filling out reports to the Central Statistical Office,
- preparation of simple letters to institutions / offices,
- running a cash register, issuing invoices, advance invoices, invoice corrections, compensations, balance confirmations, employee earnings certificates,
- preparation of a declaration of performance for selected products,
- entering orders for the hardening service into the system.
